What this website collects
Products you add, quantities and the contact details you type into the inquiry form are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device so your inquiry survives a refresh.
When you send an inquiry
When you choose “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via Email”, the website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp or your email app. At the same time, a copy of that inquiry (your name, company, email, phone, event details, selected products, and any artwork file you attached) is saved on Event Door's server so the team can follow up. The message itself is only sent when you press send in WhatsApp or your email app, which then handle it under their own terms.
Who can see it
Saved inquiries are visible only to signed-in Event Door team members. Attached files are stored privately and are never served publicly.
Payments
This website has no checkout and does not collect payment details.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies and currently runs no analytics or advertising scripts. If analytics are added in future, this policy and a consent notice will be updated first.
